Studio time happens at our Woodstock studio. Lifestyle is shot on location in Cape Town. Both can be scheduled on the same day or across the same week, whichever suits your production needs.

Booking window Both sessions must take place within the same calendar week. If this does not happen, the discount is forfeited and both sessions revert to standard per-session pricing.
Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due before final content is delivered. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted per booking. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the shoot date.
Cancellation If the booking is cancelled after confirmation, the deposit is forfeited.
Weather Weather-related disruptions to lifestyle shoots are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content delivery Shot selects are shared within 1 business day of the shoot. Final edited content is delivered within 10 business days of receiving your confirmed shot selects.
Shot list and moodboard Your completed shot list and moodboard must be submitted at least 48 hours before your shoot date. The editable Canva template is provided at the time of booking.
Lifestyle location The client is responsible for all location permits, location hire fees, and any associated costs. Travel required beyond 50km from the studio is charged at the current AA rate.
Add-ons Model sourcing, MUA, and coordination must be booked and confirmed at the time of the shoot booking.
Full studio T&C’s also apply and will be shared when the booking is made.
