General

• All rates include VAT.
• Business hours: 08h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday.
• Minimum booking: 2 hours, Half-day (up to 4 hrs), or Full day (up to 9 hrs).
• The Her Studio space is a daylight studio. Daylight is weather dependent, and sunlight is not guaranteed. Clients may book studio lighting and equipment at an additional cost if weather conditions are not ideal.
• Maximum 12 people allowed in the studio at any time.
• No smoking is permitted in the studio.
• Clients must maintain respectful noise levels at all times.

Bookings & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings. Dates are only secured once the deposit is received.
• Balance is due on the day of the shoot. No images or materials will be released until payment is made in full.
• Payment may be made via card, EFT, or other agreed alternative. Late payments may incur 2.5% interest per month.
• One reschedule is allowed free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Additional reschedules will be charged at R350 per request.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of booked date is not permitted and will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Late arrivals: Booking time starts and ends at the scheduled time; the studio cannot extend time slots for late arrivals. 

Studio Use

• Arrival is permitted no earlier than 15 minutes before booking.
• Set-up time is charged at R250 per 30 minutes and excludes use of the white infinity curve wall.
• Overtime is charged at R625 per hour, with a 15-minute grace period.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Only if Her Studio cancels will deposits be refunded in full.
• Force majeure: Her Studio is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond its control, including extreme weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct & Damages

• Clients are responsible for their own conduct and that of their guests.
• Her Studio reserves the right to terminate bookings without notice if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive. In such cases, full fees remain payable.
• Clients are liable for any damage, loss, or missing equipment, including personal gear they bring. Clients are responsible for insuring their own equipment and belongings. 
• Equipment returned damaged or incomplete will be refurbished at the client’s expense. Costs of repair or replacement will be charged in full.

Liability

• Use of the studio and equipment is entirely at the client’s own risk.
• Her Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the studio or equipment.
• Clients agree to indemnify Her Studio against all claims, damages, or costs arising from their booking.

Studio Marketing

• By booking, clients grant Her Studio permission to use photos or videos taken in the studio for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance

By booking with Her Studio, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
