About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Designer to join our creative team. Someone who finds joy in bringing brands to life — from playful social posts and polished campaign visuals to print pieces that feel as good as they look. You’ll be designing across multiple lifestyle and fashion brands, each with its own voice and personality, so adaptability, curiosity, and a love for detail are key. 

What You’ll Do

• Create thoughtful, on-brand designs across digital and print projects
• Collaborate with our team to translate ideas into beautiful, strategic visuals
• Work across a variety of lifestyle and fashion brands
• Balance multiple projects with a fast turnaround (and a calm attitude)
• Contribute creative ideas that make every project feel a little more Her

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional design experience
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (non-negotiable)
• Experience within the retail, lifestyle, or fashion space
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual rhythm
• A designer who enjoys working collaboratively and brings positive, proactive energy
• Someone who’s comfortable juggling multiple projects in a relaxed but fast-moving environment
• Bonus: A love for photography and videography, and an interest in growing your skills in web design, brand strategy, and social media
